Description: Animal Spay / Neuter Services provides: CAWS facilitates spay and neuter program determined by household income. A needs-based program meant to help low-income families spay and neuter their pets. Coupons can be used at any approved Delta County veterinary clinic as well as Animal Birth Control in Grand Junction. The coupon is only valid if presented to vet at time of surgery, unless arrangements are made with CAWS and your vet.
