Families must meet one of the following:

Have at least 1 child aged 18 or younger in custody at least 50% of the time
Pregnant (or partner is pregnant)
Have an adult child with a disability that makes them dependent on their caregiver for their daily living
Pass a background check (adults in family)
Pass a drug test (Adults only), if they fail they are given time to clear their system and can take the test again
