Offers Medication assisted treatment for opioid addiction.

Treatment include:

  • Methadone,
  • Buprenorphine
  • Suboxone
  • Counseling

Eligibility:

Individuals must be 18 years of age and had 1 year of opioid addiction

OR

The one year of addiction is waived for these individuals.

  • Individuals who were recently released from incarceration and pregnant women
Area Served: Delta, Eagle, Garfield, Mesa, Montrose, Ouray, Pitkin, Rio Blanco counties
Application Process: Call for more information or for an intake. Individuals will be scheduled the next available intake day that there is availability. Patients will be given a time of arrive in the morning and they will be here approximately 3 hours. Patients will meet with counselor, medical provider and will start on medication that day.
