Provides a free year-long lifestyle change class, Journey to Wellness, that will give individuals they tools they need to:

  • Lose weight
  • Become healthier
  • Reduce risk of future health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease

This class is facilitated by a trained health coach from Tri-County Health Department.

Topics may include:

  • Eating healthy
  • Physical activity
  • Weight loss
  • Managing stress
  • Overcoming barriers
  • Finding motivation for change

Classes are offered both virtually and in-person.
