Description: Early Childhood Education (Bright By Three) includes: - A simple 3 step program starting from the time the child is born up to when they are 3 years old - Parents will receive age-appropriate materials to help stimulate the child's growth and development. - Staff meet with families to explain materials and the Bright by Text program. - Home visits and public place meetings are available. - During visits, staff will go over how to use the materials in the kit and are available to answer any questions.
