Early Intervention for Infants & Toddlers with Developmental Delays

Offers support and services to children with developmental delays from birth to age 3. Services include:

• Information and referral for early intervention
• Support services
• Parent to parent networking opportunities
• Family events
• Community support connections
• Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)

Families with children aged 0 - 3 who are either:

• Determined to have significant delay in 1 or more areas of development
• Diagnosed with a condition that will likely result in a significant delay in development
• Living with a parent with a developmental disability as determined by the CCB
