Anger and Conflict Management for Youth

Offers an anger and conflict management class series for youth consisting of a total of twelve hours of classes offered both in-person and virtually to help youth make healthy decisions for themselves, recognize their emotions, and manage those emotions in non-violent ways.

Course covers:

• Multiple choices for any decision
• Positive and negative consequences of choices
• How to stop and think before acting
• Understanding the difference between passive, aggressive, and assertive conflict styles
• Recognizing and understanding the positive and negative attributes of anger
• Recognizing the physiological signs of anger, as well as personal triggers
