Description: Partners offers positive life experiences for at-risk youth by providing one-on-one mentoring with an adult volunteer which includes: - One-to-One Mentoring or youth age 6-17, sets up youth with an adult mentor for an average of 3 hours per week for one year. Mentoring may continue for several years afterwards. Partners staff provide training, support and monthly activities. -The Art Partners Program offers creatively based Mentoring for teens and adults - Partners offers Substance Abuse Prevention Education in the community.
