Assists low-income families in submitting new applications for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) as well as submitting changes to existing applications over the telephone. New applications will take between 10 to 20 minutes to complete.

Once the application is submitted by a navigator, it will be processed at the county level. The individual will be contacted by their county SNAP office for further instructions.
