Description: All Points Transit works with the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Van Service to provide transportation services for veterans. Transportation can be provided to locations such as:- Montrose Veterans Community Clinic- Grand Junction VA Hospital- Other medical services in Montrose, Delta, Olathe and Grand Junction schedule in advance. Veterans can bring their caregiver with them if necessary. Eligible veterans and non-veterans may be provided mileage reimbursement or special mode transport (e.g. wheelchair van, ambulance) when travel in is relation to VA medical care.
