Provides home modifications for individuals with a long-term disability. Emergency repairs are not offered. Services specifically focus on modifications related to accessibility within, in, or out of the home and include:

Ramps (Blitz Build for ramp installations are held annually)
Bathroom modifications (portable shower bench, tub cut, curbed shower, roll-in shower)
Grab bars
Handrails
Doorway widening
Carpet removal and hard surface floor installations
Some chair lift installations
Floor threshold removals

Have a long-term disability with accessibility needs
Be a home owner with proof of homeowner's insurance
Reside in the service area Projects are selected based on the above criteria being met as well as funds available at the time of request
