Provides limited utility assistance, through Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC), for gas and electric bills to Jefferson County residents experiencing hardship.

Maximum financial assistance provided for total gas and electric bill is $1000. Maximum financial assistance for single fuel bill is $500 (single fuel bill is defined as electric only or gas only). Assistance is available once per year.

Not have an affordability or payment plan set up
