  • Currently own and occupy a primary residence in Colorado
  • Have experienced a financial hardship after January 21, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Have a household income that is less than or equal to 100% of the Area Median income for their county
  • Did not take out a Jumbo loan at the time of home purchase or most recent refinance
