Description: Provides financial assistance for utility bills and home repairs to individuals, seniors and families who meet program requirements, like: -Utilities include electric and gas bill. -Provide home repairs -Applications in English and Spanish are online at: https://www.dmea.com/operation-round -The DMEA Charitable Trust meets monthly on the 2nd Monday to review applications. -The application deadline for each meeting is 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the week prior to the meeting. -Applications must be sent to DMEA’s Montrose office. -Incomplete and/or unsigned applications will not be considered -Household members 18 years or older with $0.00 income will need to each provide a written statement verifying that he/she has had no income for the past 12 months. -They must Include an explanation of how they have met any and all financial obligations (paid bills, etc.)
