Description: A Way Out Program helps those suffering from drug or alcohol addiction who are unable to secure an appropriate level of care to overcome their addictions in Garfield, Eagle and Pitkin Counties. Services include: - Drug and alcohol addiction counseling - Substance use disorder/mental health assessments - Transitional housing for AWO qualifying clients - Referrals to treatment centers, sober living facilities and detox - Financial assistance for in-patient treatment centers and sober living facilities -A year of Case-Managed Aftercare
