Description: Provides two programs to assist with the spaying and neutering of pet animals. Services include: - Fix it Free - Limited amounts of free vouchers which are first come first serve basis for those on limited income. - Spay Aid - A non-qualifying spay/neuter program. A limited number of vouchers are given out on the first of each month on a first-come, first-served basis. - Mothers Aid - Free voucher for female dog or cat that just had litter. - Feral Cat sterilization and inoculation program.
