Description: Delta County Health Department’s Family Planning Program is dedicated to providing reproductive health care services and birth control supplies to men and women who need and want them. The Family Planning clinic provides: - Birth Control * Plan B - Pregnancy tests - STD testing and treatment for men and women - Annual physical exams for women: includes pap test, breast exam, and labs as indicated - Health Education and counseling - Referrals for care beyond the scope of program services - Community presentations and outreach - Medicaid and private insurance are accepted. -All family planning services are confidential. - The Medicine Program may be available to assist with a one-time purchase of medication for those who qualify - May provide assistance in applying for an ongoing medication assistance program.
