Description: REACH is a school-based program that responds to the needs of students in temporary or transitional housing situations, by providing: -Assistance with school enrollment -Immediate access to free breakfast/lunch program -Transportation (on a case-by-case basis) -Access to community resources -Help with backpacks, school supplies, hygiene supplies and clothing items
