Description: Provides outreach and advocacy to homeless, runaway and unaccompanied youth ages 13 - 24 in Mesa County. The program connects them with schools, employment, health care and caring adults.Youth can access the Street Outreach Program (SOP) services at the "Fourth House" located on Main Street in Grand Junction. The "Fourth House" is a safe place for youth age 13 to 24 and can provide:- Rest and relaxation- Laundry services- Shower services- Meals- Advocacy- Group Activities- Employment / Job Search services- Information on access to health care
