Description: Veteran's Transitional Housing: -The Phoenix Project provides homeless veterans in Mesa County access to affordable, stable housing and individually tailored case management services in an effort to transition them from homelessness into self-sufficiency. -The program can currently house 8 homeless veterans in an apartment complex . -Rents are based on 30 and 40% of Area Median Income.
