Description: Provides transportation services for persons in wheelchairs and those who can walk who have Medicaid transportation benefits, in and out of Mesa County for medical and non-medical appointments. Service is operated 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but, most trips are pre-scheduled. Provides service to all nursing homes and assisted living. For Health First Colorado (Medicaid) members, transportation services may be covered.
