Denver Housing Authority: Quigg Newton Community Center

This is a traditional, appointment only site open on Thursdays from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. between February 9th, 2023 - March 30, 2023. Provides free, onsite tax preparation for low income individuals and families by volunteer IRS-certified tax preparers.

Services provided may include:

• Federal and state e-filing is available
• Colorado Property Tax/Rent/Heat Rebate
• Schedule A (no Schedule B) for itemized deductions
• Schedule C for simple, business income like Lyft/Uber, Postmates, etc.
• EITC (Earned Income Tax Credit) & Child Tax Credits
• Forms 1099R, RRB1099, SSA 1099
• Credits: Child & Dependent Care, Energy, and Education
• Prior year tax returns
