Pickens Technical College

This is a drop off/pick up site availible by appointment only on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. between March 22nd, 2023 - March 29th, 2023 as well as April 5th, 2023.

Provides low income individuals and families with free, onsite tax preparation by IRS-certified students or the ability to drop off their tax information and pick up completed taxes at a later date.

Services may include:

• Federal and state e-filing is available
• Colorado Property Tax/Rent/Heat Rebate
• Schedule A (no Schedule B) for itemized deductions
• Schedule C for simple, business income like Lyft/Uber, Postmates, etc.
• EITC (Earned Income Tax Credit) & Child Tax Credits
• Forms 1099R, RRB1099, SSA 1099
• Credits: child & dependent care, energy, and education
• Prior year tax returns
