Description:

Provides respite programs for individuals experiencing a crisis or living with severe and persistent mental health condition(s). Includes:

Journey Point Respite (6 beds): provides crisis residential respite services for an individual to stabilize in a non-clinical setting with semi-private sleeping areas, a family room, and natural support systems. Residents can stay up to 14 days, with direct access to psychiatric and clinical services as needed.
4th Street House (10 beds): staff assists residents with daily living and medication management through individualized treatment plans. Staff works with residents become as self-reliant as possible. Residents are encouraged to stay a minimum of one year, however, there is no required length of stay.
