Description: Provides the following: Information about services in the community for family & children, finds child care, answers questions about child development, helps with budgeting, home visits that show developmental activities for children prenatal through kindergarten entry, help getting GED, learn about playgroups, support when caring for a child with emotional difficulties, parent advocacy, breast feeding support or information about breast pump rental, information about car seat safety & safety checks for car seats, support groups for parents, help for a child with special needs, nutritional information WIC, support for special situations & teen parent programs. Develops & coordinates services & supports to promote quality early childhood care & education for children six years under & their families. A Simple intake is completed at the Family Center with parents. Review of available programs for family.
