Eligibility:

Individuals must be providing care for a veteran who:

  • Is a member of the Armed Forces undergoing a medical discharge
  • Is aged 18 and older
  • Has a serious injury with a single or combined service-connected disability rating of 70% or more
  • Requires in-person personal care services for a minimum of six continuous months due to an inability to perform an activity of daily living
