This is a drop-off/pick-up site available by appointment only and open on Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. between February 6th, 2023 - April 14th, 2023. Offers free tax preparation focusing on elderly taxpayers, students, Veterans, and low to moderate-income families and individuals.

Services offered may include:

• Federal and State E-filing
• Colorado property tax/rent/heat rebate
• Schedules A (itemized deductions), B (dividend and interest income), & D (moderate capital gains and losses)
• EITC (Earned Income Tax Credit), Child Tax Credits, and Non-child Tax Credits
• Forms 1099R, RRB1099, SSA 1099
• Credits

  • Retirement Savings
  • Residential Energy
  • Foreign Tax (with limitations)
• Prior year tax returns and amended returns (up to 3 years)
• Schedule C - Self-employment income and profit from businesses without employees (some limitations)

• Form 8605 - Non-deductible IRA Form 8606 Part I (non-deductible contributions and distributions) & Part II (conversions to Roth IRA)
• COVID-19 related tax law changes and credits
• Out-of-state tax returns (site-dependent, and may require more than one visit)

Individuals are eligible based on the complexity of their returns.
