Description: Provides a number of assistance programs to adults living in Huerfano County, including: - Burial assistance: assistance paying for funeral or cremation costs - Aid to the Blind (AB): cash assistance for persons ages 0-59 who are blind - Aid to the Need Disabled (AND): cash assistance for persons ages 18-59 who are totally disabled for at least 6 months - Home Care Allowance: cash assistance for individuals that need assistance in daily living - Old Age Pension (OAP): cash assistance for low income seniors ages 60 and older; may include medical assistance - Colorado Supplement to SSI: for people receiving SSI but not the full amount
