Offers case management and emergency financial assistance to seniors aged 60 and older. May be able to provide:

  • Rent assistance to avoid eviction (first month's rent or late rent)
  • Moving assistance
  • Medical co-payment assistance (cannot assist with back-bills)
  • Dental assistance
  • Eyeglasses assistance
  • Hearing aid assistance
  • Emergency prescription assistance
  • Minor home repairs assistance (to facilitate safety)

All cases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
