
The federal government is currently in a shutdown. At this time, there are no immediate impacts to federally funded child and family programs operated by the Colorado Department of Early Childhood. Families should continue to access care and services as usual.

Provides the single entry point for people requesting eligibility for early intervention and developmental disabilities services in Weld County.
Determination of a Developmental Delay (DD) up to age 5, or Intellectual or Developmental Disability (I/DD) from age 5 and on is required prior to accessing any services through the developmental disabilities system in Colorado.
Case Managers work with individuals and families to gather necessary information and to complete intake paperwork for DD or I/DD determination.
