Individuals who:

• Are Colorado residents
• Are aged 60 and older
• Self-report that their household income is at or below 130% of the Federal Poverty Level

Area Served: Adams, Arapahoe, Delta, Denver, Douglas, Eagle, Elbert, Garfield, Gilpin, Grand, Jackson, Jefferson, Kit Carson, Lake, Lincoln, Logan, Mesa, Moffat, Montrose, Morgan, Park, Phillips, Rio Blanco, Routt, Sedgwick, Summit, Washington, Yuma counties
