Applicant must:

Have a total household income at or below 100% of Area Median Income
Have experienced loss of income or employment due to COVID-19 or have COVID-19 health-related expenses.
Not receive other public housing support vouchers
Have a current lease in place in Aurora

Residents of Unincorporated Arapahoe County are not eligible.

2 Person - $64,000

3 Person - $72,000

4 Person - $80,000

5 Person - $86,400

6 Person - $92,800

7 Person - $99,200

8 Person - $105,600
