To be considered for rental assistance, applicant must:

Be a Denver County resident for the last 30 days
Have notice of unpaid rent
Not have sufficient income to pay the expense
Not have received eviction or rental assistance from DHS within the past 12 months

Deposit assistance is only available for applicants who can verify they have faced homelessness within 60 days prior to application.
