Families must have children aged 18 or younger and be considered disadvantaged and/or displaced.

Application Process: Clients need to contact their caseworker or a staff member at one of A Precious Child's partnering agencies for a referral to access services. Most referrals come from the County Health and the Department of Human Services (TANF, Medicaid, SNAP, Schools, etc.). If client does not have a caseworker, they can call the agency to find out about other partnering agencies to obtain a referral and access services.
