Description: Expectant/New Parent Assistance (Partners for a Healthy Baby) - Provides extra support for pregnant moms, expectant families and parents of infants in addition to other services that the family may already be receiving. -Partners for a Healthy Baby provides parents, in the Aspen to Parachute region, the opportunity to have up to five visits that focus on their needs and questions. These visits can happen during pregnancy or anytime during the baby’s 1st year.
