Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Waivers provide assistance for adults and children with disabilities other than intellectual and developmental disabilities. Specific services provided vary by waiver (see Helpful Tips for Waiver Types). Each waiver has an enrollment limit. Applicants may apply for more than one waiver but may only receive services through one waiver at a time.
