Due to COVID-19, all sites are closed. Full online services are available to assist veterans with housing, including additional funding and emergency hotel vouchers for those in vulnerable health conditions and over age 60. Provides services designed to promote housing stability and alleviate chronic homelessness. Services may include assistance with:

Finding temporary shelter and permanent housing
Obtaining VA and other public benefits
Financial and food needs
Health care services
Employment services

Eligibility:

SSVF Veteran Status: A person who served in the active military, naval, or air service, regardless of length of service, and who was discharged or released there from.
Did not receive a Dishonorable discharge or was discharged or dismissed by reason of a General Court-Martial.*
Gross Income less than 50% of Area Median Income (per County residing and household size).
Must be homeless or at risk of homelessness.
