Description:

Offers an 8-week intensive outpatient program for adolescence in need of greater therapeutic support that cannot be achieved in a general outpatient setting. Provides intensive support and structure to assist youth with their relationship with substance use and mental health. Consists of:

  • Individual/Family therapy
  • Group therapy
  • Case Management
  • Psychiatric services
  • Medicated assisted treatment (MAT)

Individuals must:

  • Be aged 14 - 18 years old
  • Have not been successful in a traditional outpatient setting
  • Be identified as needing a higher level of care by a clinician during an intake appointment
