Provides employment for women in production and/or food manufacturing work. In addition to full-time paid employment, participants have access to:

  • Classes
  • Wrap-around support
  • Case management

Women who are:

  • Aged 21 or older
  • Chronically unemployed the last 3 years and in recovery for at least 6 months

Participants must also be able to:

  • Work Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stand for most of the workday
