Description: Medicaid Transportation is for those who receive Medicaid and have exhausted all other means of transportation. Transportation can be arranged for appointments to services that are billed to Medicaid. Call your transportation provider of your choice to set up rides. Your transportation provider will verify your eligibility. If medical services can't be provided locally and out of town travel is required call Medicaid Transportation line for arrangements. The Medicaid Transportation line is NOT a manned phone and you will need to leave a message with your name and a contact number for a return call.
