Description: Provides free teaching packets for families with children ages 0-3. Packets include information on early childhood development and tools to prepare children to be successful learners. Becoming a Mom/Comenzando Bien is a prenatal health education class provided in six 3-hour sessions in a supportive group setting. Topics include prenatal care, nutrition, stress, things to avoid during pregnancy, labor and birth, postpartum care, and newborn care.
