Description:

Offers the following programs for new and expecting parents:

Earn While You Learn (EWYL) for teenage and first-time parents during pregnancy and with children aged 3 or younger, includes:
- One-on-one classes with a life coach
Fatherhood (FP) is a 24 hours/7 days a week program for fathers and includes:
- 12 week in-person curriculum
- Training to be involved, responsible, and committed
Independent Study Parenting Program (ISPP), for anyone who does not qualify for EWYL to access classes and complete at their own pace
Partner Referral Parenting Program (PRPP) designed to support any parents who are required or encouraged to take parenting classes due to:
- Custody issues
- Dependency and neglect cases
- Probation
- Cases with the Department of Human Services (DHS) or other community agencies

For Earn While You Learn Program, individuals must be a teen or first time parent with children aged 3 or younger.

No restrictions applied for all other programs.
