Description: Rocky Mountain Health Plans provides health insurance plans to individuals and families including those enrolled in Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid) and Medicare. RMHP can also help members if they are having difficulty locating a health provider for both private insurance plans and Medicare or Medicaid. Members can also download provider directories online. RMHP also provides telehealth/telemedicine services through a platform called CareNow. This platforms allows all Medicaid, PRIME and CHP+ members the ability to chat with doctors and therapists from their own homes.
