Offers financial assistance for residents of the area served only. Each funding source has its own eligibility and intake requirements. The following services may be available:

• One-time rent payment assistance
• Security deposits assistance
• Mortgage payment assistance

The request form for assistance opens on Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m. and remains open until the maximum number of request has been received for the week. The request form for assistance will then re-open on the following Wednesday morning at 10 a.m.

Application Process: Visit website to complete the pre-qualification form. The form opens up on Wednesday mornings, and automatically closes after the maximum number of responses has been received. When the maximum number of responses has been received, there will be a message that staff is currently working through the wait list. The request form is used to determine grant eligibility, and is not the same as submitting a rental assistance application. Staff members will be in touch once request forms have been reviewed.
