Description: ROC serves as a community outreach as a RESOURCE & REFERRAL center, connecting those living in Rifle and Parachute, who are in need, with appropriate services. ROC refers the individual to the proper service where they may receive: -Help with emergency medical bills -Utility vouchers -Prescription medications -Housing vouchers -Gas cards -Bus passes -Housing repairs -Food & clothing * ROC funds are also available to help with utilities, rent, food, and transportation in Rifle and Parachute.
