Description: - Hunts are designed to recruit, encourage and retain veterans to get involved in outdoor activities - Designed to be therapeutic in nature - Hunts that may be offered include; elk, deer, antelope, bear, lion and turkey.

Eligibility: Veterans must meet all Colorado Parks and Wildlife guidelines and must have a valid hunter’s education card prior to applying, unless you were born before January 1st, 1949. Must have approval from your primary care physician if selected for a hunt. Must meet all Colorado Parks and Wildlife regulations in order to hunt. Must not use Marijuana. Wheelchair applicants will be selected on availability of space. Most programs -?- will accommodate two wheelchair veterans Area Served: Garfield County
