Provides a virtual series of 4, 2-hour or 8, 1-hour long interactive diabetes group classes for individuals with a diagnosis of diabetes. These classes, led by a registered dietitian from the Tri-County Health Department, are designed to help individuals:

  • Develop the tools they need to better manage their diabetes
  • Control blood sugar
  • Have more energy
  • Spend less on health care
  • Reduce diabetes symptoms
  • Feel better
  • Participate in lively discussions

Individuals can attend 1 session or every session and can bring a friend or family member for support.
