Eligibility:

Individuals must meet one of the following criteria:

Male or female youth, aged 14 - 24
Gang-involved (ranked in or associated with gang members, or have a family history of gang involvement)
Experiencing substance abuse issues
History of juvenile justice involvement
Have family dysfunction or family involvement in any of the above activities

Area Served: Adams, Denver, Arapahoe, Jefferson counties
