Youth Leadership Program

Encourages students to be young leaders in their schools and communities. The program provides the following services:

• Bi-weekly meetings/workshops
• Monthly service learning projects
• Monthly social (coordinated by members; not mandatory)
• Summer program (planning, coordinating and implementing for refugee peers)

After a successful year in the program, students will receive certificates of completion and are welcome to reapply to renew their membership, which will then be dependent upon their participation and commitment from the previous year.

Must be:

• Youth 21 and younger
• In good academic standing with leadership potential
• Primarily from Asian-American immigrant and refugee families or other communities
