Description: ADRC empowers older adults, adults with disabilities, and care givers to navigate health and long term care options. ADRC offers a range of services including: - Information- Referral - Long-Term Planning and Follow Up - Options Counseling - Application Assistance - Benefits Counseling - Home Modifications such as: Grab Bars, Railings, Wheel Chair Ramps, and other modifications - Home Repairs to make living at home easier for Seniors, such as: Leaky faucets, doors, window replacement - Access to public long-term support programs and benefits - Provides assistance to professionals seeking assistance on behalf of their clients - ADRC meetings occur on the second Tuesday of each month from 9:30 am - 11:00 am at Region 10's office.
